Ben and EB
EB, Professional Counselor: Is a Psychotherapist, Career Counselor and Interview Prep Consultant. EB has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from UW-Madison Wisconsin and 20 years of experience in the helping professions. EB has advanced training in motivational interviewing and solution-focused counseling techniques and is a Master Practitioner in MBTI® and Type Instruments. EB creates a warm, safe space to process and explore life's challenges. Specializing in career/life transitions, PTSD/trauma history, anxeity and depression; EB welcomes all clients who are ready to work towards change. EB works with clients in person, over the phone and over SKYPE.
Ben Sousa, Consultant: Is the Business Manager and co-owner of Sage Career and Life Consultants. He is a seasoned Career Consultant who worked for Career Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently works as an IT Professional. Ben is an exprienced Networking and Interviewing Preparation expert. If you are interested in these specific services, you are welcome to make an appointment specifically with Ben.
Ben and EB will often work together as a team to serve you.Our services are provided at a home office, where public restroom facilities are not available.
Providers We Refer To
Molly Krochalk, Licensed Professional Counselor, Career Counselor, Interview Prep, Educator: Molly has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Mount Mary College and over twenty five years in the helping professions. She has trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and MBTI interpretation. Molly specializes in career/life transitions and helps clients handle barriers such as anxiety, self-doubt, or grief after job loss. Molly integrates compassion, gentle humor, and non-judgmental curiosity into counseling sessions. She helps clients develop greater self-acceptance while setting reasonable goals and expectations. Molly works with clients over video and occasionally in-person for those in the Madison area.
