Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®)
The MBTI® assessment identifies an individual's basic personality preferences in each of four key areas, based on the work of psychologist Dr. Carl Jung.

However, the usefulness of the MBTI® goes far beyond the identification of preferences. It is a tool for career development and enhancement of self-awareness. It can improve communication in one's professional and personal life, build decision-making ability and foster leadership skills.

EB of Sage Career and Life Consultants is an MBTI® Master Practitioner and one of the approximately 100 professionals in the world currently licensed to administer the MBTI® Step III, which is the most advanced form of the assessment. She has been trained by the top experts in the field: Jean Kummerow, Elizabeth and Katherine Hirsch, Sondra VanSant and Susan Nash.

Sage Career & Life Consultants can provide any of the MBTI® assessments for our clients:

  • MBTI® Step I
Step I identifies core personality preference for one of the 16 basic personality types. Here is a sample Step I Report.
  • MBTI® Step II
Step II explores how an individual has built skills in preferences not typical for their core personality preference. Here is a sample Step II Report.
  • MBTI® Step III
Step III delves into opportunities for growth and personal development. This is the most in-depth and rich form of the assessment, but it is not for everyone. Unlike Steps I and II, this assessment is only for individuals and cannot be used for groups. Here is a sample Step III Report.

Personality Card Sort
In addition, we offer a personality card sort that is more oriented toward experiential learners. For those who are not interested in the full MBTI ® assessment, this is a very accessible form of type-based self-exploration.

It's important to remember that your persaonlity type belongs to you, it's not in the assessments. I highly recommend this method of. It's exclusive service that's not commonly offered in the U.S.
